Castleton Blue Medallion

A rare pattern that is more stunning in person than in photos.  The base is a delicate ivory that is a match to the color of several of the Lenox patterns with elaborate urns, scrolls, and patterns in shades of blue.  Featuring medallions of in a gold hue with blue outlines and accents.  These pieces have gold (gilt) beading around the borders of the pieces.  The edges are scalloped.  I have Ten (10) Dinner Plates, Six (6) Salad Plates, Six (6) Bowls, Six (6) Bread Plates, and Six (6) Cups.  My set did not come with saucers - both the previous owner and I used Lenox saucers. This set is in excellent condition is a true treasure.

Lenox Autumn

What a unique, beautiful set of Haviland plates! One of the 12 Days of Christmas plates was made and released each year beginning in 1970 and ending in 1983.  They have a blue background with vibrant pictures and colors depicting the scenes from this Christmas classic.  The plates measure 8 1/2'" and can serve as a luncheon or large salad plate.  This is a full set of the 12 Days in excellent condition.

Noritake Christmas Ball (16034)

Noritake Christmas Ball! A beautiful set of this beloved pattern - and just in time for the holidays. Twelve (12) place settings are available.  Each place setting consists of:  10" Dinner Plate, 8 5/8" Luncheon Plate, 7 1/2" Salad Plate, 6 3/8" Bread Plate, Saucer, and Cup.  I also have 6 Bowls that I am adding to this set.  This set is an older one and was kept together by a family in the North East.  The set is from the early days of this pattern - made in pre-war and Occupied Japan.  The back stamps are the old green and blue ones with the pattern number 16034, before the pattern was named 175 by Noritake, and each states that it is hand painted.  Some of the pieces may show some age related fading of the beige coloring but the gold is intact and brilliant and most of the pieces are perfect.  Matching Serving Pieces to this set are offered in Lot #196

Pope Gosser Blue Belle
